Where the prices come from
Each estimate is built from the labor hours and materials a job needs, priced with wage data for each state (U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics) and an itemized public price list, and checked against market benchmarks every quarter. Read the full methodology.
Questions
Are these my exact prices?
No: they are estimates for the area, calculated from local labor rates and itemized material costs, then adjusted by the percentage you set for each job. They give homeowners a realistic range before they call you. You still confirm the price after seeing the job.
What about consent for calls and texts?
The form includes a consent checkbox that names your business and covers calls and texts, including automated ones. We store the exact wording, the time and the page for every request. You remain responsible for how you call and text, including opt-out requests.
Do you sell or share my leads?
Never. Requests go only to you. We don't resell them, share them with other businesses or contact the homeowner.
Is there a contract?
